Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This extended timeframe reflects our commitment to serving golf enthusiasts worldwide and accounts for varying international shipping times.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included and undamaged
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Items must be free of any odors, stains, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Golf Gloves (for hygiene reasons)
- Limited Edition Collections (Black Ice Collection, Tour Collar items due to their exclusive nature)
- FJ Insiders Products (special member exclusives)
- Items marked as “final sale” or clearance

Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The funds will appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Methods:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunded to your original payment method
- Store Credit: Available upon request for faster processing
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items shipped by us.
Exchange Process
Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate your desired exchange item in your return request. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. If it’s of lower value, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or return shipping costs. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs fees.
